- We remote on to the server or attend on site and carry out a comprehensive Health Check
- We will supply you with a Health Check report document using Traffic Light scheme and a graphical summary see samples on this page..
- Any items highlighted in Red (critical) will be attended to immediately or scheduled for resolution
- Items Highlighted as Amber are items for scheduling resolution or future consideration
