We offer our customers a unique automated reducing hourly rate billing support system. No contract is required, you pay as you go with the cost of the hourly rate automatically adjusting for the month based on the volume of support you use in the calendar month. You recieve one bill per month on a nett 30 days payment schedule which includes a detailed monthly usage report. Our clients have access to an online client panel to view support use levels and review historical reports. The client panel will can bes used to log or review support status and set email alerts.
We are very flexible and set no boundaries to our levels of support. Our pro-active monthly remote server and regular on-site health checks allow us to keep a close eye on your systems and feedback to our clients current status reports. We realise your IT environment is subject to change and traditional support providers take a rigid snapshot of your current setup and then penalise and profit when you make a change or add new staff or equipment. Our flexible approach means we will always take control of any aspect of your IT or communications you want us to manage whilst allowing you to manage your budget as you want to. Because we do not tie our clients into any form of contractual agreement we must always remain responsive and provide real value for money.
