Our Bespoke iTG OneVoice Internet Telephony Solution
Manchester based Kenworthy’s Chambers are a recognised as a leading set of Barristers Chambers, who provide a wide variety of legal services. iTG have been providing Managed IT support since they moved into their current location in 2004. iTG originally supplied and installed their Nortel phone system which had served them well until they reached the point where they needed to upgrade to voice over IP technology.
We specified and installed our iTG OneVoice cloud telephony solution into the chambers along with a dedicated high speed wireless leased line from our partners M247. The clerks performed a like for like comparison with other providers including BT and our solution was proved to be both the most flexible and cost effective. We do not believe in trapping customers into long term contracts in order to offer them the best deal. Our best and competitive deals can be as short as 12 months in duration, this allows us to regularly review the SIP carrier and switch if necessary to save you money. With BT often insisting on 5 year deals that are nearly impossible to exit, customers often find they only have the best value for the first year or two of a contract with market price decreases being inaccessible without a contract renewal or buyout.

How Does iTG OneVoice Work?
iTG OneVoice uses none proprietary Yealink handsets which give you the flexibility to use them with any carrier unlike Mitel and Avaya handsets which are locked into their own high cost systems and providing hassle free installation.
All of the handsets are pre-configured to plug and go. The phones can be used with your own dedicated virtual phone system from anywhere there is a reliable internet connection. This means you have the flexibility to work remotely from home or a clients office with an extension that you can receive and dial out on the companies main or DDI number and speak to colleagues free of charge.
Our iTG OneVoice has a feature rich set of functions included as standard. Voicemail to email, clever call routing, busy lamp status, SLA dashboard & switchboard functionality. Non geographical numbers are available to offer a virtual presence in any major city in the UK.
