Ben was clear in his explanations and instructions, and patient in re-explaining queries. Going forward I would suggest Ben provides links to tutorials that clients can watch which would help in setting up Sharepoint programmes.

We have had a working relationship with ITG now for two years and in that time, they have been exemplary. Everything from our IT back end management, IT procurement & through to cyber awareness, testing and training has been highly professional. Achieving our Cyber Essential accreditation was made much simpler by having ITG providing guidance while monitoring and securing our network. There really isn't much else to say, but I cannot recommend them enough on behalf of our organisation.

Ben called me as soon as he was notified of a problem by Microsoft, he immediately stepped in, identified that 2 email addresses had been compromised and closed them down to protect the data held in the emails. He was able to (within 30 minutes or so), find the source of the problem, did the investigative work and was able to get the emails operational within 2 hours. We changed from our previous IT company to ITG and it was the best decision ever.
